Fun atmosphere and great food!

Best rum selection you'll find in the Door County area. Rum old fashions, frozen daiquiris, painkillers and Mai Tais. Margarits. Long Islands. Beers. Wine. Whiskey. We tried the Smoked Whitefish dip and it was awesome! The burgers were cooked amazingly and I almost ordered two rounds of the shrimp tacos because they were so tasty. They're doing an awesome job. Can't wait to come back.

Wow is all I can say! Everything is great. The pain killer drinks are a necessity. The mac n cheese special on Wednesday’s is also a must. We’ve tried many other things on the menu and they’re also great (DC tacos, whitefish sandwich, patty melt). The atmosphere is also fun! A little gem in door county.

According to website it says you may done in . But when we got there it had a sign stating no inside seating . Drove 20 mins to come eat inside . Should keep information on there website correct . Last time I ate here it was phenomenal .

Stopped in for lunch - everyone in our group thought the food was great! The wait staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive! We’d heard mixed reviews of this place, and had been hesitant to stop in. I’m glad we did, and we’ll definitely be back!

Chicken tenders were good, service was fast, and queso was great!

Incredible food with broad menu done great. Have gone for lunch and dinner and the food and service has been cheery, quick, and definitely can tell they are on top of their game. Environment is awesome feel like vacation even when we aren’t. Highly recommended!!!!Great burgers, great seafood(lobster roll,shrimp tacos) and awesome Mexican menu as well.

Place and food were awesome! They are doing an amazing job of following the CDC guidelines and washing tables, menus, social distancing and masks. Very well done and I definitely recommend this place!

We ate at Island Fever last night and on a Friday night had the Lawyer platter. It was absolutley delicious. It is simple fare and typical of a Friday night fish fry, fish, french fries, coleslaw, tartar sauce and rye bread but it was very satisfying. If you are going to go home and say we had a Friday fish fry in Door County, this is the place to eat it. 5+. Thanks.

This was a great place to spend the evening. We stopped in with our bachelorette party group and had free room to drink dance and have fun. The juke box made it easy to listen to whatever we chose. The owners were fun and made for a good time.

We try to visit Island Fever at least once every time we're in Door County; it never disappoints. Fantastic food with an extensive menu, and always friendly service. We love the atmosphere, too.

They only offer POLKA KING in CANS I ordered a "Porter" instead. The bill for two glasses of draft "Coconut Portter was $16.00. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ASK FOR!!

The Island Fever Rum Bar and Grill is a fun and very inviting place for Cocktails and great food. Farm to table menu with a wide variety of fun Rum drinks. With an invitation to have lunch by the fireplace Chase the owner filled us in on his Washington Island days and how much he loves the Door County peninsula area and wants everyone to enjoy good food and have a fun place to meet with family and friends. We will definitely be back to have more wonderful food and drinks. Pusser Rum Pain Killers are the Best.

We sat at the bar due to no available tables outside and were so glad we did! Wound up chatting with the co-owner quite a bit and we thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. Do yourself a favor and order the buffalo cheese curds —- DELICIOUS. also, every drink we ordered was exceptional. Nothing was watered down or poorly mixed. Everything was great - we will definitely be back!

Amazing perch fry which is served every night, not just on Fridays w huge portions and cooked perfectly! It’s my go-to fish fry anytime I come home to door County. It would just be great if you could change your carry out containers from styrofoam to a biodegradable cardboard container and stop using plastic for the tartar sauce (on all your plates). 🌍 🙏🏻 Love you guys!

Great dining experience! Beautiful setting, great food and wonderful waitress!! Our waitress Ashley was one of the most delightful, chipper, positive and polite waitresses I've ever had! She was great!!! There were some guys in the yard playing cornhole, which just added to the peaceful atmosphere. We were very impressed! Definitely recommend!!

Amazing "little" place in door county! Tons of outdoor seating available. Burgers are great and the fries are the awesome skinny ones. Get the mango drink with the habanero!

Hunter and the team run a great and friendly operation. With a solid mix of Mexican and American dishes and some good fish and seafood I'm told.Family friendly with great drinks for the adults as well.I hesitate sharing such a positive review as we love to frequent Island Fever, but they deserve it and we love our hidden gem on the lake side. Get away from the crowds of the bay side and catch the island fever!

Very friendly staff. The buffalo cheese curds were very good and spicy too. The fish fry was kind of average. If you can do pan fried, I'd recommend that instead. Their mixed drinks seemed to be very well regarded. There is lots of outdoor seating.
